B&B MALATESTA HOUSE

Pesaro Urbino, Pergola area

The furnishing intervention in the old farmhouse renovated by the architect Michele Gambato of Padua, and now B&B Malatesta Maison , had the objective of making all the common areas welcoming and livable. Guests must feel at home and enjoy the various environments with great freedom and intimacy. In this perspective, the finishes and the color contribute to creating homogeneity between all the living spaces. Each element of decoration or furniture was researched, selected, recovered through trusted antique dealers and second-hand dealers. Attention to detail concerned every element: from the most impactful ones such as the convivial table of five meters in the living room, completed with Vitra chairs and the large vintage archive reused to house table linen; to the sofa, to the antique Berber carpets, to the lamps made to design, up to the signaling of the rooms to the guests made with raw porcelain plates and decorated number. The choice and selection of fabrics has allowed the customization of each room for the guests through distinct color or furnishing elements.
