Intervention in the Alajmo family market store dedicated to the In.gredienti specialties of the Alajmo Group in Rubano, Padua. The goal was to encourage tasting at the counter of the proposals designed and curated by chef Massimiliano Alajmo for sale in the market. The work therefore took the form of creating a convivial space with a familiar and comfortable atmosphere, a common thread running through all the environments of the Alajmo group: this was achieved with the inclusion of old tables, attention to the mise en place , decorations, industrial and Milanese chairs, linen curtains and technical and atmospheric lights. The intervention involved, in particular, the color of the furnishings and walls and the display supports for the merchandising. The lighting project, a distinctive element of the project, features Ovo lamps by Davide Groppo designed by chef Massimiliano Alajmo on the tables.
